The Defense Research Institute (DRI) is accepting applications for its annual Law Student Diversity Scholarship program open to incoming second and third-year African American, Hispanic, Asian, and Native American students.  Incoming second and third-year female law students are also eligible, regardless of race or ethnicity.

Two (2) scholarships in the amount of $10,000 each will be awarded.

Deadline: Friday, April 27, 2012.

The UB Law Review and SSWLC are proud to sponsor the Center on Applied Feminism’s Fifth Annual Feminist Legal Theory Conference.

A workshop featuring three guest speakers who are experts on the federal and state legislative process will be held on March 1.  Senator Barbara Mikulski will deliver the keynote address on at the conference on March 2.
